Niculescu v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2017 FC 733 (CanLII)

In this decision, the Federal Court overturned a decision by an Immigration Officer refusing the Applicant’s permanent residence application based on humanitarian grounds [commonly known as an H&C] because the officer did not properly consider the hardship that this Roma family would experience upon their removal to Croatia.
