Rylee Raeburn-Gibson is a lawyer practicing in all areas of Canadian immigration law, with a focus on complex written applications and litigation. Rylee completed undergraduate studies in English Literature, Political Science, and Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto. In 2018, Rylee attained a J.D. from the University of Toronto, where he focused on immigration law and intellectual property law. Rylee discovered his passion for immigration work as a Caseworker with Downtown Legal Services in Toronto, Ontario (“DLS”). While at DLS, Rylee assisted low-income, disadvantaged clients with a range of immigration matters including Humanitarian and Compassionate applications and a variety of complex litigation before the Federal Court of Canada. Rylee joined MSK LLP as an articling student in 2018, and returned as an associate lawyer following his call to the Ontario bar in 2019.
Rylee is passionate and driven to help clients make informed decisions and approach their immigration issues comprehensively. Rylee is detail-oriented, working in close communication with clients to navigate the nuances of their case and develop the best possible version of their application. Outside of MSK, Rylee can often be found in a tent or a canoe, enjoying the natural wonders Canada has to offer.
