Mr. Mandelbaum is the lead associate of the corporate immigration team at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP. Mr. Mandelbaum attended law school at the University of Windsor from 2008 to 2011. He then attended and graduated from a Master’s in Law program at the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France in 2012. Mr. Mandelbaum was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mandelbaum Articled at a corporate immigration law firm, and then worked for a not-for-profit organization assisting developing countries with their international trade treaty negotiations. He is a technical expert on the application of international treaties to corporate immigration matters.
Mr. Mandelbaum manages the corporate immigration team at the firm, where he oversees and directs the strategies and processes for Canadian and US immigration matters, including: LMIAs, intra-company transfers, NAFTA professionals, investors, treaty traders and business visitors, Express Entry, Provincial Nominees, post-graduate work permits, B, TN, L, E, O, EB, and other immigration applications. His core practice is with corporate and institutional clients across various industries, including: finance, energy, science and technology, consumer electronics, film and entertainment, mining, construction, education, religious schools/institutions and others.
