- Purchases and Sales
Signing an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with your real estate agent is usually followed by a lawyer’s review of the Agreement. Some of the most crucial information in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale is found in the Schedule(s) to the Agreement, which will often contain conditions that are binding and enforceable. The earlier you bring your signed agreement to a lawyer, the more likely it is that you will be able to meet the deadlines in the agreement and avoid breaching any conditions or unknowingly overlook a situation where the opposite party has breached a condition in your favour.
