Benjamin Liu

Benjamin Liu is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) at Mamann Sandaluk LLP. He has extensive experience in Canadian immigration matters and advises established employers, their workforces, and individual clients on corporate immigration, employer-driven immigration, and individual immigration applications. Benjamin’s practice focuses on employer-driven immigration and workforce mobility. His work includes work permit applications across multiple programs, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), LMIA-exempt pathways, permanent residence applications under federal and provincial programs, and employer compliance matters under the International Mobility Program and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. He regularly assists employers and foreign nationals in navigating complex immigration processes and developing practical strategies to address time-sensitive immigration needs.

Prior to joining Mamann Sandaluk LLP, Benjamin operated his own immigration consulting practice for over six years, providing immigration services to both corporate and individual clients. Before that, he worked for more than three years at a law firm in Markham, Ontario, where he gained experience in legal services and case management.

Benjamin completed the Immigration Consultant Diploma program at Anderson College in 2018. Prior to coming to Canada, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in China and worked for six years at a provincial-level court, where he served as a court clerk, judicial assistant to a Justice, and assistant to the Chief Justice. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in legal research, legal analysis, and judicial case management.
