As solicitors licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada, we are bound to keep information that you provide to us concerning your legal affairs subject to the rules of solicitor/client privilege.

For the purposes of this policy, Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual as defined from time to time in applicable privacy legislation.
