Vijay Maharaj

Vijay Maharaj is the Senior Manager of our U.S. Immigration Team at Mamann Sandaluk LLP. He specializes in U.S. business immigration and is known for resolving complex situations across a wide range of non-immigrant classifications, including B, E, F, H-1B, J, L, O, TN, R, Start-Up, and immigrant employment-based classifications such as PERM, I-140 (including Multinational Manager, Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and National Interest Waiver), and Adjustment of Status. His expertise also extends toward family-based classification, as well as complex Requests for Evidence, appeals, and inadmissibility issues. Vijay collaborates with the firm’s Partners to deliver expert specialized services and manage corporate relationships in high-volume immigration matters.

In addition to his extensive U.S. immigration experience, Vijay brings over thirteen years of leadership in Human Resources, which underscores his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to connect effectively with clients.

Vijay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the University of London and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
