Ernest attended the Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington D.C. where he obtained a J.D. in 2010 and an LL.M in 2011. He was admitted to the bars of Maryland in 2012 and to the District of Columbia in 2013 and then practiced law in the Washington, D.C. area for several of years. In 2019, he was called to the bar of Ontario.

Since joining Mamann, Sandaluk LLP in January 2022, Ernest has practiced exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration law. Specifically, he advises companies as well as individuals on temporary work visas, foreign labor certification (PERM), permanent residence, non-immigrant visa (NIV), immigrant visas (IV) and other types of US immigration applications.

Ernest is passionate about immigration law believing that the international migration of people increases global wealth and provides opportunities for all. He is committed to providing his clients with excellent customer service and assisting them in obtaining the best immigration outcomes possible.
