Federal Court of Appeal, Chowdury Vs Canada Citizenship Immigration

The Federal Court overturned a decision of the Immigration Division which found that the Applicant was a member of a subversive and terrorist organization. The Court held that the Immigration Division committed an error of law by relying on incidents that postdated the Applicant’s membership in the organization.
