Natalie Domazet is a lawyer at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP in Toronto, Ontario. Natalie practices in all areas of Canadian immigration law with a particular focus on litigation. She is able to assist with a variety of matters including representing clients in hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board and Federal Court. Natalie also has experience with written advocacy and may assist with temporary resident permits, criminal rehabilitation, pre-removal risk assessments and humanitarian and compassionate applications.During law school, Natalie was a founding member of the Pro Bono Group and assisted in creating the University of Birmingham’s Free Legal Advice Clinic and StreetLaw program to allow access to justice for low income individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in both the Passenger Operations Division and Enforcement Division. Most recently, she acted as counsel representing the Minister in hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board.Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and Political Science from University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
