Since her call to the Ontario bar in 2015, Natasha has practiced exclusively in residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, wills and estate planning. Natasha’s extensive knowledge in all three areas of practice allows her to provide her clients with insightful advice and creative solutions.
Natasha has acted on numerous large corporate transactions and is experienced and skilled in drafting and negotiating all levels of corporate and commercial agreements. She is also experienced in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has represented clients with respect to municipal planning and land development issues. She also handles all aspects of PPSA matters. In addition, Natasha is well versed in wills and estate planning and has the knowledge and experience to advise her clients on tax related matters.
After completing a double major in political science and English literature at the University of Toronto (St. George Campus), Natasha attended law school at the University of Kent, England. While in law school, Natasha focused part of her studies on corporate law and land law, both of which provided the requisite knowledge for her line of practice later on. While in law school, Natasha volunteered at her school’s nationally renowned legal clinic, ranked one of the UK’s best for legal research.
Natasha continues to engage with her community by volunteering for Pro Bono Ontario while practicing law full time at Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP.
