Gabriella Nudo is an associate with the corporate immigration team at MSK LLP. Before practising law, Gabriella worked for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Case Management Branch on various litigation and immigration and refugee matters for over 3 years. Her previous experience with IRCC has inspired her practice and commitment to providing in-depth immigration services to her clients. Gabriella holds degrees in both civil and common law from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. Prior to joining our team, Gabriella articled and then worked as a lawyer at a boutique business immigration law firm in downtown Toronto, where she advised multinational corporations, small and medium sized businesses and individuals. During law school, Gabriella received the Founder’s Award from the Canadian Italian Business and Professionals Association for her extensive community involvement. She was also an executive member of the uOttawa Chapter of Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund. Gabriella runs a comprehensive practice that supports corporations and individuals, which includes producing successful business visas, work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, temporary resident permits, permanent residency, and citizenship applications. Gabriella provides her clients with high touch, personalized service and develops turnkey immigration solutions tailored to her clients’ specific needs, which her clients appreciate. Gabriella is also fluent in French. In her spare time, Gabriella volunteers as Interim Vice-Chair and University Partnerships Liaison for the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program National Board. She is also an avid horseback rider, runner and supporter of the Arts.
